Returns
If you need to return an item, it must be unused (for hygiene reasons) and in its original packaging. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

To start the return process, simply contact our customer support team at info@nerovano.com to receive the return address. Please note: the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Partial Refunds
If your returned item doesn’t pass our inspection, you may only qualify for a partial refund. Please note, we do not cover shipping costs for items that don’t meet our return or exchange criteria.
